How long until my jar arrives?
Every order is made to arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. I fill each jar by hand, one at a time, and I take my time choosing the pieces that suit you.
What is inside the jar?
Real, wearable jewelry: rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and charms. Some sweet and delicate, some bold enough to build a whole outfit around. What exactly you get is the surprise, and it is different every time.
Can I tell you what I like?
Yes, and I would love that. Add a note with your order about the colours, the metal or the vibe you wear most, and I will dig through my vault with that in mind.
Are the jars all the same?
No. No two jars are ever alike. That is the whole point.
What is in the watch jar?
Vintage watches instead of jewelry. Tiny gold cases, fine mesh bracelets, soft leather straps, mother of pearl faces. Same jar, different treasure.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
Will I get tracking?
You get a confirmation email as soon as you order. Tracking follows in a second email once your jar is on its way.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Write to me at Sadie@sadiecharms.com within 30 days with a photo and I will make it right.
Can I change my address?
Write to me as soon as you can and I will update it, as long as your jar has not left yet.
